This site provides grade level standards in English, Language Arts, and Mathematics developed by teachers, school administrators, and experts for students in grades K-12.

Common Core Curriculum Maps- http://commoncore.org/maps/index.php
This part of Common Core's site offers unit maps that help teachers plan for the year and create lesson plans.

This site aligns the Common Core Standards and Fountas and Pinnell Literacy Continuum and details the curriculum goals inherent within the two initiatives.

An educational site designed for history teachers and their students. It contains original works, primary sources and multimedia choices.

This site has a wealth of focus lessons in literacy. It is an outstanding resource for Reader Workshop ideas.
