Common Core State Standards Initiative-
This site provides grade level standards in English, Language Arts, and Mathematics developed by teachers, school administrators, and experts for students in grades K-12.

Common Core Curriculum Maps-
This part of Common Core's site offers unit maps that help teachers plan for the year and create lesson plans.

Heinemann/Fountas & Pinnell-
This site aligns the Common Core Standards and Fountas and Pinnell Literacy Continuum and details the curriculum goals inherent within the two initiatives.

Digital History-
An educational site designed for history teachers and their students. It contains original works, primary sources and multimedia choices.

Wachusett Regional School District-
This site has a wealth of focus lessons in literacy. It is an outstanding resource for Reader Workshop ideas.

The Math Learning Center-
Here is another helpful link for those teachers who are beginning to investigate what BRIDGES Math Program has to offer.

The Reading Lady-Mosaic Listserv Tools-
This site offers a plethora of reading comprehension strategy lessons, reading ideas, and rubrics. You may also want to join the listserv.

Smart Exchange-
This link takes you to the Smart Exchange, the homepage for Smartboard activities generated by teachers and staff at SMART. There are some good lessons, and they are easily modified for more tailored use in your classroom.

Smart Exchange-
This is another access point to SMART exchange. Here you can find lesson plans by "keyword" and "subject" for your classes. For lessons using Everyday Math concepts, put “everyday math” in the first search box to get started.
