Here is a painting* of Ms. Roby doing one of her favorite things. She is very happy being the librarian at Phillips Brooks and enjoys spending time with children, helping them navigate the world. After being a classroom teacher for many years, Ms. Roby went back to school and got her library science degree. Some of her favorite children's authors are Thacher Hurd, Chris Van Allsburg, Natalie Babbitt, Susan Cooper, and Tamora Pierce.
